What is Nosotros and its Mission? NOSOTROS is a Spanish word for "Us." Our organization was founded in 1970 by Ricardo Montalbán in order to attain the following objectives: a) To improve the images of Latinos/Hispanics as they are portrayed on the screen, b) To seek employment opportunities in the entertainment industry in front of and behind the camera, c) To train our members to become better actors / actresses by offering classes, workshops and networking opportunities, and ultimately, d) To seek quality talent in our community. |
