Office Manager position available now at leading entertainment advertising company. Great opportunity to gain entry into a very exclusive industry. Job description includes, but is not limited to:

<br>
• managing Fedex and other overnight shipping
<br>
• covering phones for reception at lunch and on breaks
<br>
• ordering lunches and attending to the set-up/breakdown of the delivery
<br>
• ordering of various office supplies
<br>
• assisting with physical facility issues (kitchen duties, putting together office furniture, simple technology issues, fielding maintenance requests and organization of library assets)
<br>
• assist with the occasional errand or delivery
<br>
<br>
This job reports directly to the President of Operations. Position is for responsible candidates only, as this job is integral to the day-to-day operation of a mid-sized company that is experiencing tremendous growth. Company has promoted from entry-level position 9 times in the past 4 years -- excellent opportunity for growth within a quality organization. College degree preferred. Prior experience not as important as desire to work hard and learn about the industry. This is a fantastic opportunity!!!
