NICE DAY, Inc is throwing an another casting session this weekend,
8/9(sat) and 8/10(sun).

We're looking for enthusiastic actors who reside in LA. Before you e-mail us, please read the characters' description to see if you are the right one for the role.

Our casting session is

8/9(sat) 11:00AM -5:00PM
8/10(SUN) 1PM-7PM

This is not a student film, but an independent non-union/SAG project,
Pay is DOE, and TBD. Here is an description of our project.


David, whose wife - Daryl has been in a coma after a car accident, has
a chance to meet a humanoid-robot built by his long term friend,
Jason. The robot, called ID2, which bears a sheer resemblance with
Daryl, startles David and puts him into an uncomfortable position.
David discovers Daryl's identity within ID2 and starts doubting
his own perception toward Daryl...


Clive Owen
David, early 30s, a neat, clean-cut, uptight business man. He
occasionally shows his temperamental side although underneath he is
full of warmth and kindness. His environment (especially job) shaved
off his sensibilities.

-- We're looking for 25-38 actors who's at least 5'9.


Jennifer Connelly, Nicole Kidman, Charlize Theron
Daryl, early 30s but looks younger, an elegant, submissive, melancholy
woman. "Classic beauty" is the perfect words to describe
her both outer and inner character.

--if you are a really "Curvy" or "Busty" type of actress, this is not the right role for you. We are looking for someone slender, elegant, but healthy at the same time. the age range is 23-35.


Jack Black, Phillip Seymour Hoffman
Jason, early 30s, a robot scientist. He is rather comical, talkative,
and eccentric than geeky. A long term friend of David and Daryl. Just
like many other creative people, he proves his exquisite intelligence
in a particular field but lacks the wit for other occasions,
especially reading people's mind.

middle aged woman who's very kind and professional.

-- You'll be reading sides at the audition. It'll be given to you when
you come in.

"NICE DAY, Inc." is originally a post-production company which does
all the CG and editing, for TV commercials, shorts, feature films. We
do have very skilled artists in the house and those people are on
board for this project, "I.D.". We're going to be shooting on HD, and
actual shoot will be mid-late September. We're all looking forward to
hearing from you.
